Being Grateful

It has been said that being in a state of gratitude is the highest of all vibrations.   There is always something to be grateful for.  Living with gratitude can and will change your life.  It is a simple ritual to incorporate into your daily life, yet it can have such an enormous impact. .  Don’t just take my word for it, try it and see!

Clinic in North Carolina

Clinic in North Carolina

As 2014 is coming to an end, my equestrian schedule for the year has been completed.  I am so grateful to each and everyone one of you and for the horses that I have had the privilege to teach.  This year, my work led me to Pennsylvania, Alabama, Virginia, Canada, The Caribbean, England, and Denmark.  I also taught both public and private clinics at my farm in North Carolina.  My horses and I conducted a clinic for the parents of autistic children and hosted a workshop for 33 teachers from a local charter school who wanted to learn more about leadership.  What better teacher than a horse to teach us about being effective leaders?  From the bottom of my heart, I thank all of you and I thank the horses that made all of this possible.

I will kick off the 2015 season with a clinic/retreat in Costa Rica.  This event will offer the option of a 3 day or 5 day equestrian clinic in The Carolyn Resnick Method.  The retreat will be held at an all-inclusive 5 star resort in the heart of a Costa Rican rain forest.  If a non-horsey person would like to accompany you, there will be an abundance of activities to keep them busy.  These include zip lining, horseback riding to waterfalls, hiking, yoga, massage, river tubing, and much more.  What a wonderful Christmas present for yourself or for someone else!  The clinic will be held during the last week of February, which will steal one week away from ole man winter!

During the 2015 season, I will offer three day clinics in The Carolyn Resnick Method (Waterhole Rituals).   I currently have clinics scheduled for April 24-26, 2015 and September 25-27, 2015.  Feel free to check my website for updates.  If you are ready to begin a magical relationship with your horse at liberty, mark your calendar now!  I look for to the coming season with anticipation that it will be the best ever!  Thanks again.

I have learned more about human relationships in horse clinics taught by Linda Salinas than I have in all my years of medicine, my personal life, yoga workshops, leadership conferences, and counselors combined….and I credit Linda’s gracious teaching style with this!

I have been to 5 or 6 of her workshops, including a week-long program in the Caribbean. I love each one as much as I loved the first one. Somehow Linda manages to create a unique and nurturing environment with every course she teaches.

She is engaging, entertaining, funny and genuine. Linda has such an impeccable grasp of not only the nature of horses, but also of human nature and she uses this to draw out the very best qualities in each person attending her clinics.

What I love most about learning from Linda is that every aspect of my life has been enhanced, in addition to my relationship with my horse. I would love to see what Linda does in every school, hospital and counseling office across this country. If we all learned how to relate to one another with the respect and care Linda teaches in her clinics, the world would be a softer, kinder place.

Thank you Linda for doing what you do.
