Join Dr. Sheila Kilbane & Linda Salinas in this 3-part workshop.  Learn how the harmony of horses can show us how to experience oneness within.  Discovering oneness leads us to connection (to ourselves and those around us) and service. When welive our lives in service and from a place of oneness, it allows us to use our gifts in every aspect of our lives. We feel more inspired, passionate and creative. This is where we feel the joy of life no matter what is going on around us.    

This workshop is all about inner awareness in order to connect more deeply with ourselves. We do this in the setting of the horses who are 100% present 24/7. Each workshop builds upon the next.  

These will be three dynamic workshops including meditation among the horses, didactic talks and discussions, and most importantly experiencing how it feels when we are connected to ourselves. We will use the horses as our guide every step of the way.
